Jenis Informasi atau Fakta | Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Pendapatan Bagi Hasil Material Keempat atas Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Battery Materials Tahap 1 Tahun 2025 Seri A (“Sukuk”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK 31/2015. Type of Material Information | Repayment of the Principal and the Payment of the Fourth or Facts Profit Sharing Income of Shelf Registration of Sukuk Mudharabah I Merdeka Battery Materials Phase I Year 2025 Series A (“Sukuk') is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) POJK 31/2015. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah Material melaksanakan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran pendapatan bagi hasil Sukuk dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Sukuk Jumlah Sukuk yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 15 Juli 2026 tersebut terdiri dari: a. pokok Sukuk sebesar Rp213.345.000.000 (dua ratus tiga belas miliar tiga ratus empat puluh lima juta Rupiah): dan b. pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk sebesar Rp4.311.346.875 (empat miliar tiga ratus sebelas juta tiga ratus empat puluh enam ribu delapan ratus tujuh puluh lima Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Pendapatan Bagi Hasil Sukuk Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk adalah sebesar Rp217.656.346.875 (dua ratus tujuh belas miliar enam ratus lima puluh enam juta tiga ratus empat puluh enam ribu delapan ratus tujuh puluh lima Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Agen Pembayaran yang telah | ditunjuk oleh Perseroan) pada tanggal 14 Juli 2026 yang | akan dibayarkan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek | Indonesia kepada para pemegang Sukuk pada tanggal 15 Juli 2026.

Sumber Pendanaan . Tujuan Transaksi We hereby inform that the Company has completed the repayment of the principal and the payment of the profit sharing income of Sukuk, with the details as follows: Total of Principal Repayment and Profit Sharing Income . Source of Fund Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk berasal dari dana yang diperoleh oleh Perseroan dari hasil penerbitan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Battery Materials Tahap IV Tahun 2026 dan kas internal Perseroan. Tujuan transaksi ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban Perseroan dalam melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran pendapatan bagi hasil Sukuk yang telah jatuh tempo, sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan liabilitas dan pemenuhan komitmen kepada para pemegang Sukuk. Amount of Sukuk: The total amount of Sukuk that matured on 15 July 2026 consist of the following composition: @. principal amount of Sukuk in the amount of Rp213,345,000,000 (two hundred thirteen billion three hundred forty-five million Rupiah), and b. fourth Sukuk profit sharing income in the amount of Rp4,311,346,875 (four billion three hundred eleven million three hundred forty-six thousand eight hundred seventy-five Rupiah). Payment of Sukuk The total repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth profit sharing income of Sukuk is Rp217,656,346,875 (two hundred seventeen billion six hundred fifty-six million three hundred forty-six thousand cight hundred seventy-five Rupiah). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the Company) on 14 July 2026 which will be transferred by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the Sukuk holders on 15 July 2026. The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and pay the fourth profit sharing income of Sukuk was derived from the fund received by the Company from the result of issuance of Shelf Registration of Sukuk Mudharabah I Merdeka Battery Materials Phase IV Year 2026 and the Company internal cash.

The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is to fulfill the Company's obligations to repay the principal and profit sharing income payment of Sukuk that have matured, as part of the Company's liability management and its commitment to the Sukuk holders. Dampak Kejadian, Informasi atau Fakta Material Tersebut terhadap Kegiatan Operasional, Kondisi Hukum dan Keuangan, atau Kelangsungan Perseroan Impact of Event, Material Information or Facts on the Company's Operational Activities, Legal and Financial Condition or Business Continuity Usaha | Dengan dilakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk tersebut maka seluruh kewajiban Perseroan atas Sukuk tersebut telah berakhir. Selanjutnya, tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran pendapatan bagi hasil keempat Sukuk terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi hukum dan keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Upon the repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth profit sharing income of Sukuk, the Company's Obligation related to the Sukuk has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth profit sharing income of Sukuk to the Company's operational, legal and financial condition, or business continuity.
