Jenis Informasi atau Fakta Material Type of Material Information Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Keempat atas Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Battery Materials Tahap | Tahun 2025 Seri A (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK 31/2015. Repayment of the Principal and the Payment of the Fourth or Facts Interest of Shelf Registration of Bonds 1 Merdeka Battery Materials Phase I Year 2025 Series A (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) POJK 31/2015. 3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah Material melaksanakan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 15 Juli 2026 tersebut terdiri dari: a. pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp1.158.735.000.000 (satu triliun seratus lima puluh delapan miliar tujuh ratus tiga puluh lima juta Rupiah): dan b. bunga keempat Obligasi sebesar Rp23.416.110.850 (dua puluh tiga miliar empat ratus enam belas juta seratus sepuluh ribu delapan ratus lima puluh Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp1.182.151.110.850 (satu triliun seratus delapan puluh dua miliar seratus lima puluh satu juta seratus sepuluh ribu delapan ratus lima puluh Rupiah). Perseroan telah melakukan penyetoran dana kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan) pada tanggal 14 Juli 2026 yang akan dibayarkan oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia kepada para pemegang Obligasi pada tanggal 15 Juli 2026. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok serta membayar bunga keempat

Description of Material | We hereby inform that the Company has completed the Information or Facts repayment of the principal and the payment of the interest of Bonds, with the details as follows: 1. Amount of Bonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 15 July 2026 consist of the following composition: a. principal amount of Bonds in the amount of Rp1,158,735,000,000 (one trillion one hundred fifty- eight billion seven hundred thirty-ive million Rupiah), and b. fourth Bonds' interest in the amount of Rp23,416,110,850 (twenty-three billion four hundred sixteen million one hundred ten thousand eight hundred fifty Rupiah). 2, Total of Principal Repayment and Interest Payment of Bonds The total repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth interest of the Bonds is Rp1,182,151,110,850 (one trillion one hundred cighty-two billion one hundred fifty-one million one hundred ten thousand eight hundred fifty Rupiah). The Company has made a deposit of funds to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (Paying Agent appointed by the Company) on 14 July 2026 which will be transferred by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia to the Bondholders on 15 July 2026. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principal and pay the fourth interest of Bonds was derived from the fund received by the Company from the result of the issuance of Shelf Registration of Bonds I Merdeka Battery Materials Phase IV Year 2026 and the Company's internal cash. 4. The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is to fulfill the Company's obligations to repay the principal and interest payment of the Bonds that have matured, as part of the Company's liabilitp management and its commitment to the Bondholders.

Selanjutnya, tidak ada dampak material lain atas pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga keempat Obligasi terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi hukum dan keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Upon the repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth interest of the Bonds, the Company's obligation related to the Bonds has concluded. Furthermore, it does not have any other material impacts on the repayment of the principal and the payment of the fourth interest of Bonds to the Company's operational activities, legal and financial condition, or business continuity.
