Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Permohonan PKPU yang diajukan
melalui Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta
Pusat dengan Nomor Perkara 180/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN
Niaga Jkt.Pst (Permohonan PKPU), kami sampaikan bahwa
Majelis Hakim PKPU yang diketuai oleh Achmad Rasyid Purba
S.H., M.Hum, pada persidangan yang dilaksanakan secara
daring (online) pada tanggal 24 Juli 2025 telah mengeluarkan
putusan atas Permohonan PKPU tersebut.
Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh Perseroan melalui
Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) pada tanggal 24
Juli 2025 (Putusan), Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat telah memutuskan untuk
menerima permohonan pencabutan Permohonan PKPU yang
diajukan oleh Harmas.
Dengan ditetapkannya Putusan tersebut, Permohonan PKPU
terhadap Perseroan secara hukum dinyatakan dicabut oleh
Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dan tidak lagi memiliki akibat hukum terhadap
status hukum maupun kegiatan usaha Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Selama proses persidangan PKPU berjalan hingga
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan ditetapkannya Putusan, Perseroan tetap menjalankan kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional dan bisnis seperti biasa, serta terus memberikan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan, mitra usaha, dan
Perusahaan Publik pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Oleh karenanya, baik
Permohonan PKPU maupun Putusan, tidak memiliki dampak
yang material terhadap kinerja operasional dan keuangan
Perseroan

Description of Material Information or In relation to the PKPU petition filed with the Commercial Court
Facts at the Central Jakarta District Court under case number
180/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst (the PKPU
Petition), we hereby inform that the panel of judges presiding
over the PKPU matter, chaired by Achmad Rasyid Purba, S.H.,
M.Hum, rendered a decision in an online hearing held on 24
July 2025.
Based on information obtained by the Company from the Case
Tracking Information System (SIPP) on 24 July 2025 (the
Decision), the Panel of Judges of the Commercial Court at the
Central Jakarta District Court has granted the request for
withdrawal of the PKPU Petition submitted by Harmas.
With the issuance of this Decision, the PKPU Petition against
the Company is legally declared withdrawn by the Panel of
Judges of the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta District
Court and, as such, no longer has any legal effect on the
Company legal standing or business activities
Impact of event, material information or Throughout the process of the PKPU Petition and until the
facts towards Issuers or Public issuance of the Decision, the Company continued to carry out
Company’s operational activities, legal, its business and operational activities as usual, while
financial condition, or going concern consistently providing the best services to its customers,
business partners, and other stakeholders. Therefore, neither
the PKPU Petition nor the Decision has had a material impact
on the Company operational and financial performance
