          Productivity of 9+ Million SMEs in Indonesia"; and


      b. Laporan Pelaksanaan Paparan Publik (Public Expose) Tahunan
         Perseroan tanggal 2 Juli 2025, yang turut memuat penjelasan mengenai
         strategi peluncuran, termasuk upaya nya untuk turut mendukung program
         pemerintah seperti Koperasi Merah Putih dan inisiatif DigiKoperasi milik
         Telkom Indonesia, yang juga berperan sebagai salah satu pemegang saham
         Perseroan.

          The Annual Public Expose Report dated July 2, 2025, which includes an
          explanation of the launch strategy, including efforts to support government
          programs such as Koperasi Merah Putih and Telkom Indonesia’s DigiKoperasi
          initiative, in which Telkom Indonesia is also one of the Company’s
          shareholders.

   Adapun juga terkait peluncuran produk baru PT Solusi Kampus Indonesia, entitas
   anak usaha Perseroan, yaitu Skoola (https://skoolacloud.id/), sebuah solusi perangkat
   lunak B2B SaaS (Business to Business Software As A Service) bidang EduTech
   (Education Technology) untuk segmen Sekolah K12, yaitu pasar dengan jumlah 59juta
   Sekolah, telah secara resmi diungkapkan melalui Laporan Pelaksanaan Paparan
   Publik (Public Expose) Tahunan Perseroan tanggal 2 Juli 2025, yang turut memuat
   penjelasan maksud dan tujuan serta mengenai strategi peluncuran.

   Selain daripada informasi-informasi yang telah disampaikan tersebut, Perseroan
   tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material lainnya yang belum
   diungkapkan kepada publik dan yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek atau keputusan
   investasi pemodal.

   Additionally, the launch of a new product by PT Solusi Kampus Indonesia, a subsidiary
   of the Company, namely Skoola (https://skoolacloud.id/), a B2B SaaS solution in the
   EduTech (Education Technology) sector for the K-12 School segment, a market
   comprising 59 million schools, has also been officially disclosed through the Annual
   Public Expose Report dated July 2, 2025, which includes an explanation of the
   purpose and strategy of the launch

   Other than the aforementioned information, the Company is not aware of any other
   material information or facts that have not been publicly disclosed and that may affect
   the value of its securities or investors’ investment decisions.

   Selain informasi atau fakta material yang telah kami ungkapkan, sebagaimana telah
   dijelaskan dalam butir 1 di atas, tidak terdapat informasi atau fakta material lain yang
   berkaitan dengan Perseroan yang dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan.

   Apart from the material information or facts that we have disclosed as explained in
   point 1 above, there is no other material information or fact related to the Company
   that may affect the price of the Company’s securities.

3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
   harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan
   kepada publik.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
   sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
   11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan
   Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?

   Reports on Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares in Public Companies?

   Jawaban/Answer:

   Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu
   sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
   11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan
   Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

   The Company is not aware of any activities by certain shareholders as stipulated in
   the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Reports
   on Ownership or Any Changes in Ownership of Shares in Public Companies.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
   dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
   Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

   Does the Company have plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near future,
   including corporate actions that may affect the Company’s share listing on the
   Exchange (at least within the next 3 months)?

   Jawaban/Answer:

   Selain dari pada informasi atau fakta material yang telah kami sebutkan dalam butir 1
   di atas, Perseroan saat ini belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
   korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa.

   Apart from the material information or facts that have been mentioned in point 1 above,
   the Company currently has no plans to undertake any corporate actions that will affect
   the listing of the Company’s shares on the Exchange.


6. Rencana pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
   sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
   menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama
   dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

   Plans of the controlling and/or major shareholders regarding their shareholding in the
   Company. In this case, we kindly request that the Corporate Secretary first confirm this
   with the controlling and/or major shareholders in responding to this confirmation.

   Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang telah diterima dari pihak pengendali dan/atau pemegang
   saham utama Perseroan, hingga saat ini tidak terdapat rencana pengendali dan/atau
   pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan yang
   akan mempengaruhi kepemilikan sahamnya dalam Perseroan.


   Based on the confirmation received from the controlling and/or major shareholders of
   the Company, there are currently no plans by the controlling and/or major shareholders
   regarding their shareholding in the Company that would affect their ownership in the
   Company.
