Starnegy untuk mengakhiri kerjasama distribusi secara resmi. Referring to (i) Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) Regulation Number 45 of 2024 concerning the Development and Strengthening of Issuer and Public Companies: and (ii) Rule Number LE regarding amendments to Regulation Number I-E regarding Obligation to Submit Information, the Decree of Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. KEP-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 (“Rule I- FE”), we hereby inform that PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk and PT Starnegy have agreed to Officially end the distribution cooperation. Tidak terdapat dampak yang signifikan terhadap operasional dan kelangsungan usaha perseroan atas pemberhentian kerjasama distribusi ini.
