Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan berhasil menjaga pertumbuhan yang stabil
meskipun di tengah dinamika kondisi perekonomian yang tidak
menentu, lemahnya daya beli dan kontraksi industri di
Indonesia, khususnya segmen konstruksi.
- Pendapatan bersih perusahaan mencapai Rp
636.158.953.179,- , tumbuh sekitar 9,56% dibandingkan
periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Tumbuh 2,47%
dibandingkan kuartal pertama.
- Laba bersih sampai dengan kuartal II tercatat sebesar Rp
8.128.522.911,- , tumbuh 539,43% dibandingkan kuartal
pertama.
- Margin EBITDA diperkirakan berada di kisaran 14,1%.
- Volume penjualan bata ringan meningkat sekitar 2,65%
dibandingkan kuartal sebelumnya dan meningkat sebesar
29,2% jika dibandingkan periode yang sama pada tahun
sebelum.
- Aset Perseroan meningkat sebesar 4,94% dibandingkan
tahun buku 2024.
- Pada bulan Juni 2025, Perseroan melakukan pembagian
dividen untuk tahun buku 2024 sebesar Rp. 32.004.743.040,-
Hal ini turut mempengaruhi Ekuitas Perseroan yang turun
sebesar 2,25% dibandingkan tahun buku 2024.
- Seiring dengan beroperasinya pabrik kelima di Banjarnegara,
Jawa Tengah pada Juli 2025, total kapasitas produksi
Perseroan mencapai 5,6 juta m3 per tahun. Dengan adanya
pabrik kelima ini akan mempercepat proses distribusi dan
mengurangi biaya distribusi untuk penjualan produk Perseroan
ke wilayah Jawa Tengah bagian Barat dan Selatan, sekaligus
akan meningkatkan market share produk Perseroan.

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan menunjukkan daya tahan dan kinerja positif di
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tengah tantangan industri, serta memperkuat posisinya
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sebagai produsen bata ringan terbesar dan distribusi terluas di
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Indonesia. Efisiensi produksi, pemerataan rantai distribusi,
Perusahaan Publik penetrasi pasar, dan peningkatan kapasitas pabrik menjadi
fokus utama untuk menjaga pertumbuhan jangka panjang.

Financial Performance for the Second Quarter of 2025

Description of Material Information or The Company has successfully maintained stable growth
Facts despite uncertain economic conditions, weak purchasing
power, and industrial contraction in Indonesia, particularly in
the construction segment.
- The company's net revenue reached Rp 636,158,953,179, a
9.56% increase compared to the same period last year. This
represents a 2.47% increase compared to the first quarter.
- Net profit through the second quarter was recorded at Rp
8,128,522,911, a 539.43% increase compared to the first
quarter.
- EBITDA margin is estimated to be around 14.1%.
- Lightweight brick sales volume increased by approximately
2.65% compared to the previous quarter and by 29.2%
compared to the same period last year.
- The company's assets increased by 4.94% compared to the
2024 fiscal year.
- In June 2025, the company distributed dividends for the 2024
fiscal year amounting to Rp 1.2 billion. 32,004,743,040.- This
also affected the Company's Equity, which decreased by
2.25% compared to the 2024 fiscal year.
- With the operation of the fifth factory in Banjarnegara, Central
Java, in July 2025, the Company's total production capacity
will reach 5.6 million m3 per year. This fifth factory will
accelerate the distribution process and reduce distribution
costs for the Company's product sales to the western and
southern parts of Central Java, while simultaneously
increasing the Company's market share.
