Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau
Perusahaan Terbuka dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material
Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, serta merujuk kepada Surat
Keputusan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan Nomor SPTBK-033/07/2025 tanggal
23 Juli 2025 bersama ini Perseroan menginformasikan bahwa Dewan
Komisaris telah memberhentikan sementara Bpk. Reinhart Muljadi sebagai
Direktur Perseroan efektif terhitung sejak tanggal 23 Juli 2025.
Terkait dengan pemberhentian sementara anggota direksi tersebut,
Perseroan telah melakukan keterbukaan informasi sesuai dengan peraturan
yang berlaku, dan akan diputuskan lebih lanjut dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang waktunya akan kami sampaikan lebih
lanjut untuk mencabut dan menguatkan keputusan pemberhentian
sementara tersebut.
Informasi yang diungkapkan tidak memiliki dampak yang material terhadap
kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
TEMPORARY DISMISSAL OF A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies and Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Material Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, and referring
to the Decision of the Company’s Board of Commissioners No. SPTBK-
033/07/2025 dated July 23, 2025, the Company hereby informs that the
Board of Commissioners has temporarily dismissed Mr. Reinhart Muljadi
from his position as Director of the Company, effective as of July 23, 2025.
In relation to the temporary dismissal, the Company has disclosed this
information in accordance with the prevailing regulations. A final decision
regarding the revocation and ratification of this temporary dismissal will
be determined at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS),
the schedule of which will be announced at a later date.
The Company confirms that this information does not have any material
impact on the Company’s operations, legal standing, financial condition,
or business continuity.
