Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian anak usaha baru ini akan mendukung bisnis usaha
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan. Selain itu, pendirian anak usaha baru ini akan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mendukung pengembangan usaha Grup Perseroan dalam
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional dan bisnis.
