 Facts                                        1. Provisions of Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-E
                                              concerning Obligations to Submit Information and Financial
                                              Services Authority Regulation No. 7/POJK.04/2018 concerning
                                              Submission of Reports Through the Electronic Reporting
                                              System for Issuers or Public Companies.
                                              2. Information Disclosure of PT. Bintang Mitra Semestaraya,
                                              Tbk (the Company) in Letter No. 110/DIR-BMSR/VI/2025
                                              dated June 2, 2025, previously submitted.
                                              Therefore, the Company hereby submits an Information
                                              Disclosure Report regarding the Company's Corporate Action
                                              through an investment in PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia, in
                                              which the Company owns a 46% stake.
                                              On July 23, 2025, PT. Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia signed the
                                              First Amendment Deed to the Syndicated Credit Agreement.
                                              The changes in question include the addition of a credit facility
                                              from Rp 160,000,000,000 (one hundred and sixty billion) to Rp
                                              350,000,000,000 (three hundred and fifty billion) with an option
                                              to increase it to Rp 600,000,000,000 (six hundred billion) from
                                              several national banks, including:
                                              1. PT. Bank Victoria International Tbk
                                              2. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Tengah Tbk
                                              3. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulselbar
                                              4. PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk
                                              5. PT. Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk
                                              for the construction of a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) plant
                                              located in Mangunreja Village, Pulo Ampel District, Serang
                                              Regency, Banten.
