Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Jenis aset adalah 2 (dua) unit kapal tug boat;
2. Nilai perolehan atas 2 (dua) unit Kapal adalah
sebesar Rp40.000.000.000,00.- (empat puluh miliar rupiah);
3. Sumber pendanaan untuk pembelian Kapal berasal
dari keuangan internal dan bank.
4. Penjual adalah PT Baraka Alam Sari merupakan
entitas unit usaha Perseroan dan perusahaan terkendali tidak
langsung sebesar 99,9% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma
sembilan persen) saham melalui PT OTS Internasional, entitas
anak usaha Perseroan dan perusahaan terkendali Perseroan
dengan kepemilikan langsung sebanyak 99,9% (sembilan
puluh sembilan koma sembilan persen) saham;
5. Pembeli atas Kapal yaitu PT Humpuss Transportasi
Curah merupakan entitas anak Perseroan dan perusahaan
terkendali Perseroan dengan kepemilikan langsung sebanyak
99,9% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan persen)
saham;
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penjualan Kapal bertujuan untuk pengembangan usaha HTC
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan di masa yang akan datang, diharapkan dengan penjualan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Kapal milik BAS kepada HTC tersebut dapat menciptakan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau sinergi yang saling mendukung atau menguatkan dalam upaya
Perusahaan Publik untuk meningkatkan nilai Perusahaan dan memberikan
kontribusi positif bagi para pemegang saham dan pemangku
kepentingan.

3. Funding sources for the purchase of the ship come from
internal finances and banks.
4.The seller is PT Baraka Alam Sari, a business unit entity of
the Company and an indirect controlled company with 99.9%
(ninety nine point nine percent) of shares through PT OTS
Internasional, a subsidiary entity of the Company and a
controlled company of the Company with direct ownership of
99.9% (ninety nine point nine percent) of shares;
5.The purchaser of the vessel, namely PT Humpuss
Transportasi Curah, is a subsidiary of the Company and a
controlled company of the Company with direct ownership of
99.9% (ninety nine point nine percent) of the shares;
