Hian Sekuritas;
• Release all employees and PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas from all and any claim,
either materially or immaterially in the event the selling broker fail to deliver the
shares
• Release all employees and PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas from all and any claim,
either materially or immaterially in the future concerning this transaction.
• Will indemnify PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas and all its employees and will release
and fully indemnify them from any claims, suits, losses, expenses, fines, sanctions or
legal consequences with regards to this transaction in negotiation market.
