Go To English Page Nomor Surat OHD/2149 Nama Perusahaan Reksa Dana Indeks BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indone Kode Emiten XBNI Lampiran 1 Perihal Keterbukaan Informasi Yang Perlu Diketahui Publik Kami melaporkan hal-hal sebagai berikut : Pada tanggal 23 Juli 2025 Kami mengalami peristiwa / memperoleh informasi / fakta material, yaitu : Bersama dengan ini disampaikan bahwa, kami, PT BNI Asset Management selaku Manajer Investasi dari Reksa Dana Indeks BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index (Reksa Dana yang Unit Penyertaannya Diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek) (RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index) dengan ticker XBNI, berencana untuk melakukan pembubaran RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index yang saat ini kami kelola dan administrasikan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan telah terjadi kondisi dimana total Nilai Aktiva Bersih RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index yang kurang dari Rp10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar Rupiah) selama 120 (seratus dua puluh) hari bursa berturut-turut sejak tanggal 10 Januari 2025 sampai 23 Juli 2025. Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 45 huruf d Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 23/POJK.04/2016 tanggal 13 Juni 2016 tentang Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif jis. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 2/POJK.04/2020 tanggal 8 Januari 2020 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 23/POJK.04/2016 tentang Reksa Dana berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif, dan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 4 Tahun 2023 tanggal 30 Maret 2023 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 23/POJK.04/2016 tentang Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif, RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index wajib dibubarkan apabila total Nilai Aktiva Bersih RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index kurang dari Rp10.000.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar Rupiah) selama 120 (seratus dua puluh) hari bursa berturut-turut. Terkait dengan rencana pembubaran RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index tersebut di atas, kami telah mengumumkan rencana pembubaran RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index dalam surat kabar Harian Ekonomi Neraca tertanggal 23 Juli 2025 dan kami telah memberitahukan secara tertulis pada Bank Kustodian untuk menghentikan perhitungan Nilai Aktiva Bersih RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index melalui surat Nomor DIR/OHD/1009 tanggal 23 Juli 2025, terhitung sejak tanggal 23 Juli 2025. Berikut merupakan rencana jadwal pembubaran dan likuidasi atas RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index: Tanggal pengumuman surat kabar nasional : 23 Juli 2025 Tanggal penghentian perhitungan NAB : 23 Juli 2025 Tanggal suspensi Efek oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia : 23 Juli 2025 Rencana tanggal pembubaran dan likuidasi : 23 Juli 2025 Selanjutnya, proses pembubaran dan likuidasi RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index akan dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

We hereby announce as follows:
On 23 July 2025 we experienced an event/obtained information/material information, that is:
This is to inform you that we, PT BNI Asset Management, as the Investment Manager of the BNI-AM Nusantara
ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index Mutual Fund (Mutual Fund whose Participation Units are Traded on the Stock
Exchange) ("RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index") with ticker XBNI, plan to dissolve the
RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index, which we currently manage and administer.
This is due to the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index being
less than IDR 10,000,000,000 (ten billion Rupiah) for 120 (one hundred twenty) consecutive stock exchange
days from January 10, 2025, to July 23, 2025.
This is due to the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index being
less than IDR 10,000,000,000 (ten billion Rupiah) for 120 (one hundred twenty) consecutive stock exchange
days from January 10, 2025, to July 23, 2025.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 45 letter d of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 23/POJK.
04/2016 dated June 13, 2016, concerning Collective Investment Contract-shaped Mutual Funds, in conjunction
with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 2/POJK.04/2020 dated January 8, 2020, concerning
Amendments to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 23/POJK.04/2016 concerning Collective Investment
Contract-shaped Mutual Funds, and Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 4 of 2023 dated March 30,
2023, concerning the Second Amendment to Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 23/POJK.04/2016
concerning Collective Investment Contract-shaped Mutual Funds, the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI
Indonesia Equity Index must be dissolved if its total Net Asset Value (NAV) is less than IDR 10,000,000,000 (ten
billion Rupiah) for 120 (one hundred twenty) consecutive stock exchange days.
Regarding the planned dissolution of the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index, we have
announced the dissolution plan in the "Harian Ekonomi Neraca" newspaper dated July 23, 2025, and we have
formally notified the Custodian Bank to stop calculating the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara
ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity Index through letter Number DIR/OHD/1009 dated July 23, 2025, effective as of July
23, 2025.
Below is the planned schedule for the dissolution and liquidation of the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI
Indonesia Equity Index:

Date of NAV calculation cessation : July 23, 2025
Date of security suspension by Indonesia Stock Exchange : July 23, 2025
Planned date of dissolution and liquidation : July 23, 2025
Planned date of liquidation proceeds distribution : Maximum 7 business days from July 23, 2025
Furthermore, the dissolution and liquidation process of the RDI BNI-AM Nusantara ETF MSCI Indonesia Equity
Index will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
