  Igniting Hope, Empowering Potential: Elnusa Brings Sobat Bumi Education
                       to Children with Disabilities
Jakarta, July 22, 2025 – Smiles and genuine enthusiasm lit up the faces of dozens of students with special needs as they participated in an
educational program conducted by PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina's
Subholding Upstream. Embracing the spirit of inclusion and compassion, Elnusa launched a social initiative titled “Mekar Bestie” (Blooming
of Special Generation through Energy Literacy).

In collaboration with the Nusantara Environmental and Cultural Care Foundation (YPLB Nusantara), Elnusa expanded its “Sobat Bumi”
education program with a focus on empowering students with disabilities. This initiative provided skills training and scholarship support
for students at SLB BCD Residential School in Depok.

A total of 50 students were directly involved in the program, gaining enhanced communication skills to strengthen their competitiveness.
They also received technical training in areas such as sewing and product design.

The program was carried out with the support of strategic partners such as Plasticpay, a community organization focused on recycling
plastic bottle waste into economically valuable products. Approximately 270 kilograms of plastic bottles were collected and processed into
felt fabric. From this material, students produced around 500 bags (including pouches and tote bags), which were further utilized as
corporate merchandise or souvenirs.

One of the program’s key milestones was the product launch of the students’ creations, symbolizing that physical limitations are not
barriers to making meaningful contributions to society and the environment.

commitment to reaching all layers of society, including exceptional children with special needs. Elnusa firmly believes that every individual,

This initiative supports the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 on quality education. With a
spirit of collaboration, Elnusa hopes the program will serve as broader inspiration for increased industrial sector engagement in building
an inclusive and equitable educational ecosystem.
