Sehubungan dengan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 Seri B dengan pokok senilai total
Rp86.000.000.000 (delapan puluh enam miliar Rupiah) ( Sukuk I Tahap II 2020 Seri B ). Melalui surat ini kami
informasikan bahwa PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk ( Emiten ) telah mempersiapkan dana pelunasan pokok Sukuk I
Tahap II 2020 Seri B sebagaimana disebutkan di atas yang mana akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2025.
Adapun kesiapan dana Emiten terkait dengan pelunasan Sukuk I Tahap II Seri B akan tersedia di rekening KSEI
selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 11 Agustus 2025. Dalam hal Sukuk I Tahap II 2020 Seri B telah dilunasi, maka kami
akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan dalam POJK 31/2015.

In connection with the Sustainable Sukuk Ijarah I Moratelindo Phase II 2020 Series B with a principal amount of totaling
IDR 86,000,000,000 (eighty six billion Rupiah) ( Sukuk I Phase II 2020 Series B ). We inform you that PT Mora
Telematika Indonesia Tbk ( The Issuer ) has prepared funds the principal repayment of Sukuk I Phase II 2020 Series B
as mentioned above which will mature on August 11, 2025. As for the readiness of the Issuer's funds related to the
repayment of the Sukuk I Phase II Series B will be available in KSEI's account no later than August 11, 2025. In terms of
Sukuk I Phase II 2020 Series B has been repaid, we will submit Information Disclosure as mandated in POJK 31/2015.
