Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan penjelasan kesiapan dana
pelunasan Obligasi I PT. Hino Finance Indonesia Tahun 2022
Seri B, sebagai berikut:
1. Dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi I PT. Hino
Finance Indonesia Tahun 2022 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2025 sebesar Rp 525.000.000.000
(lima ratus dua puluh lima miliar Rupiah) tersedia pada saat
akan jatuh tempo sesuai ketentuan;
2. Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk
pembayaran Obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana operasional
Perusahaan;
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen Perusahaan terkait
hal-hal tersebut di atas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak negatif terhadap Perseroan terkait dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi ini. Laporan ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi ketentuan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang berlaku.

Description of Material Information or Referring to the Decree of the Board of Directors of Indonesia
Facts Stock Exchange Number KEP-00015/IDX/01-2021 Regarding
Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concerning the
Obligation to Submit Information, an explanation of the
readiness of the Bond I repayment fund of PT. Hino Finance
Indonesia 2022 Series B, as follows:
1. Funds for the principal payment of Bond I of PT. Hino
Finance Indonesia Year 2022 Series B which will mature on
August 9, 2025 in the amount of IDR 525,000,000,000 (five
hundred and twenty-five billion Rupiah) is available at the time
of maturity according to the provisions;
2. The source of funds to be used for the payment of the
Bonds comes from the Company's operating funds;
3. Until now, there have been no decisions or other
important matters made by the Company's management
regarding the above.
