PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa BBRIDRPN5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Juli
2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per BBRIDRPN5A) (jika
jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 3.858 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham BBRI di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that BBRIDRPN5A is exercised on 21st July 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per BBRIDRPN5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 3.858 being the closing price of BBRI Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Exercise Price – Settlement Price)
