Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Peraturan Bursa
Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan I-E tentang
Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi Butir IV.2.11 yang
menyatakan "Laporan mengenai kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan Efek paling lambat 15 (lima belas) Hari Bursa
sebelum Efek jatuh tempo". Oleh karena itu, kami sampaikan
bahwa PT Elnusa Tbk telah menyiapkan dana untuk melunasi
pokok SukukUKUK Ijarah Berkelanjutan I Elnusa Tahap I
Tahun 2020 yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11 Agustus
2025 sebesar Rp 700.000.000.000,- (tujuh ratus milyar
Rupiah).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak Ada

Facts Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-
2022 dated September 30th , 2022 regarding the Amendment
to Regulation I-E on the Obligation to Submit Information, Item
IV.2.11, which states "A report on the readiness of funds for
the repayment of Securities must be submitted no later than 15
(fifteen) Exchange Days before the Securities mature."
Therefore, we hereby inform you that PT Elnusa Tbk has
prepared the funds to repay the principal of the Sustainable
Sukuk Ijarah I Elnusa Phase I Year 2020, which will mature on
August 11th, 2025, in the amount of IDR 700,000,000,000
(seven hundred billion Rupiah).
