PT Sanggraha Nusa Raya, a limited liability
company established and subject to the laws of
the Republic of Indonesia, domiciled at South
Jakarta, in this case represented by Randolph
Latumahina and H. Purnomo Utoyo, MBA, who in
this case act in their respective capacities as
President Director and Director, in accordance with
the Artides of Association with Deed of
Incorporation No. 38 date 26 January 2007 made
at before Unik Setyawati, S.H., and the latest
composition of the Board of Directors and Board
of Commissioners of the Company is as stated in
the Deed No. 6 date 16 November 2022 made at
before Fellisia, S.H., M.Kn., notary in Kabupaten
Tangerang (hereinafter referred to as the
“Authorizer”), hereby wishes to grant power of
attorney to:

Position : Corporate Secretary of PT Star Pacific
Tbk ("Company")
(hereinafter referred to as the "Attorney-in-Fact")
- Acting to report any changes in the
Company's share ownership on behalf of the
Authorizer to the Financial Services Authority

(“IDX”) as a form of compliance with the
Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 04

dan susunan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
Perseroan terakhir adalah sebagaimana tercantum
dalam Akta No. 6 tanggal 16 November 2022
yang dibuat di hadapan Fellisia, S.H., M.Kn., notaris
di Kabupaten Tangerang (selanjutnya disebut
sebagai “Pemberi Kuasa"), dengan ini ingin
memberikan kuasa kepada:
