           Responds to Global Energy Dynamics with Innovative Solutions
Jakarta, July 16, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s
Subholding Upstream, reaffirms its readiness to navigate global energy dynamics through strategic transformation and the
enhancement of adaptive and sustainable upstream oil and gas services.

Amid shifting global energy policies that are once again opening opportunities for fossil fuels, Elnusa views this momentum
