Recorded Strong Financial Fundamentals, ANTAM Distributes 100% of
                    2024 Net Profit as Dividends

Jakarta, July 15, 2025 – PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM, recorded its strong
financial fundamentals by distributing dividends of 100% of the net profit for the Financial
Year 2024 attributable to the Owner of the Parent of the Company to shareholders.

The cash dividend was paid on 11 July 2025, in accordance with the decision of the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) for Financial Year 2024 held on June 12, 2025. The
total dividends distributed reached Rp3.65 trillion, all of which came from net profit
attributable to the Owner of the Parent of the Company.

ANTAM President Director Achmad Ardianto said, that the fully distribution of the net
profit as dividends reflected the strength of the Company's financial fundamentals
and ANTAM's commitment to long-term value creation for shareholders.

“This dividend distribution is also a form of the Company's appreciation for the trust
and support of shareholders,” added Ardianto.

The dividend per share distributed was recorded at Rp151.77267, or equivalent to
Rp758.86335 per CHESS Depository Interest (CDI) for the Company's CDI holders on the
Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The Company's shares on the ASX are traded as CDIs
or ASX securities custody certificates. One CDI unit is equivalent to and/or can be traded
with five B-series shares of the Company.

This dividend policy aligns with ANTAM's share prospectus, which states that the company
consistently distributes cash dividends at least once a year. Taking into account the
Company’s financial position or level of soundness and without ignoring the rights of the
Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders, the dividend policy is a minimum of 30% of
the net profit after tax, except as determined otherwise by the General Meeting of
Shareholders.

ANTAM's consistency in distributing dividends has maintained its position as one of the
leading issuers in the IDX High Dividend20 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The IDX
High Dividend20 Index measures the stock price performance of 20 stocks that have
distributed cash dividends every year over the past three years and have high dividend
yields.
