Hingga saat ini, pada tingkat Perseroan, tidak terdapat penandatanganan perjanjian atau dokumen apa pun yang terkait dengan rencana penggabungan usaha sebagaimana diberitakan, yang diketahui atau diakui oleh Perusahaan. Apabila terdapat aksi korporasi atau rencana penggabungan usaha yang melibatkan Perseroan, Perseroan akan melakukan keterbukaan informasi secara tepat waktu sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku setelah Perseroan menerima informasi tersebut dari pengendali Perseroan (jika ada). Oleh karena itu, pemegang saham publik beserta investor agar memperhatikan keterbukaan informasi resmi yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan sebelum membuat keputusan investasi terkait dengan Perseroan. Selain informasi yang sudah disampaikan kepada BEI dan telah diumumkan kepada masyarakat sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada informasi material lain yang dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik.
