Facts of Indonesia has issued a letter regarding the Determination of
Allocation and Utilization of Natural Gas from the Galian Field,
Pertamina EP Zone 7 Working Area (WK), to the Company on
July 4, 2025. The letter was officially received by the Company
on July 11, 2025
Impact of event, material information or With the issuance of this allocation determination, the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company has obtained certainty of natural gas supply for
Company’s operational activities, legal, distribution to industrial consumers, which has the potential to
financial condition, or going concern contribute positively to the Company's revenue and the
sustainability of its future operations
