Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
menerima Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum Republik
Indonesia Nomor AHU-0045866.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025
tanggal 14 Juli 2025 (SK Menkum) mengenai pengurangan
modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan. SK Menkum ini
merupakan persetujuan atas hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham (RUPS) Luar Biasa Perseroan yang diadakan pada
tanggal 8 Mei 2025, dimana sebelumnya modal ditempatkan
dan disetor Perseroan adalah berjumlah 15.967.115.620 (lima
belas miliar sembilan ratus enam puluh tujuh juta seratus lima
belas ribu enam ratus dua puluh) lembar saham, dan berubah
menjadi 15.039.383.620 (lima belas miliar tiga puluh sembilan
juta tiga ratus delapan puluh tiga ribu enam ratus dua puluh)
lembar saham.

Description of Material Information or We hereby inform that the Company has received the Decree
Facts of the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number
AHU-0045866.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated July 14, 2025
(Decree of the Minister of Law) regarding the reduction of the
Company's issued and paid-up capital. This Decree of the
Minister of Law is an approval of the results of the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held
on May 8, 2025, where previously the Company's issued and
paid-up capital amounted to 15,967,115,620 (fifteen billion
nine hundred sixty-seven million one hundred fifteen thousand
six hundred twenty) shares, and changed to 15,039,383,620
(fifteen billion thirty-nine million three hundred eighty-three
thousand six hundred twenty) shares.
