Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I. Bahwa PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk, telah
memberikan pinjaman kepada anak perusahaan yaitu PT
Sinar Mas Multifinance, berkedudukan di Jakarta Pusat
sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar Rp. 121.000.000.000,- (
seratus dua puluh satu miliar Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah pinjaman tersebut tidak melebihi 20 % dari
ekuitas Perusahaan , sehingga pinjaman tersebut tidak
bersifat material.
III Perjanjian dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Juli 2025
IV. Jangka waktu Pinjaman adalah 5 ( lima ) tahun.
V. Suku Bunga Pinjaman adalah sebesar 9 % (
sembilan persen ) efektif per annum yang wajib dibayarkan
oleh PT Sinar Mas Multifinance setiap akhir bulan atau pada
saat jatuh tempo.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Jakarta, in the amount of Rp 121,000,000,000 (one hundred
twenty-one billion Rupiah).
II. The loan amount does not exceed 20% of the Company's
equity, therefore the loan is not material.
III. The agreement was executed on July 15, 2025.
IV. The loan term is 5 (five) years.
V. The loan interest rate is 9% (nine percent) effective per
annum, which must be paid by PT Sinar Mas Multifinance at
the end of each month or upon maturity.
