Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Memenuhi ketentuan IV.2.22 Peraturan BEI No I-E tanggal 29
Januari 2021 tetang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
bahwa Perseroan wajib menyampaikan kesiapan dana untuk
pelunasan efek bersifat utang paling lambat 15 hari bursa
sebelum jatuh tempo, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana pelunasan pokok
dan kupon bunga untuk Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Astra
Sedaya Finance Tahap V Tahun 2022 Seri B sebesar Rp
373.000.000.000 (tiga ratus tujuh puluh tiga miliar Rupiah)
yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 26 Agustus 2025
mendatang, dan dengan demikian Perseroan akan dapat
melakukan pelunasan atas Obligasi tersebut.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with Section IV.2.22 of Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange Regulation No. I-E dated January 29, 2021,
regarding the Obligation to Submit Information, which
stipulates that the Company is required to notify the availability
of funds for the redemption of debt securities no later than 15
exchange days before their maturity date, we hereby inform
you that the Company has prepared the principal and interest
coupon redemption funds for the Astra Sedaya Finance V
Sustainable Bonds Phase V Year 2022 Series B, amounting to
IDR 373,000,000,000 (three hundred seventy-three billion
Rupiah), which will mature on August 26, 2025. Consequently,
the Company will be able to redeem the aforementioned
bonds.
