Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Pada tanggal 14 Juli 2025, Perseroan telah menandatangani — Kontrak Pekerjaan Jasa Pengupasan dan Pemindahan Lapisan Penutup dengan PT Barasentosa Lestari (”BSL”). Dalam kontrak ini, Perseroan selaku kontraktor jasa pertambangan untuk pekerjaan pengupasan dan pemindahan — lapisan — penutupan (Overburden Removal) untuk BSL yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jangka waktu kontrak adalah 5 tahun dengan estimasi dari nilai kontrak adalah sekitar Rp. 3,5 triliun. Perolehan kontrak ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi strategi jangka panjang Perseroan untuk meningkatkan penciptaan nilai melalui ekspansi bisnis — dan pengembangan usaha. Sifat hubungan para pihak yang melakukan kontrak adalah tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi. On 14 July 2025, the Company signed a Overburden Stripping and Removal Service Work Contract with PT Barasentosa Lestari (“BSL”). In this contract, the Company acts as a mining services contractor for stripping work and overburden removal for BSL, located at North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. Duration of the contract is 5 years with an estimated contract value around Rp. 3.5 trillion. The acguisition of this contract is part of' the implementation of the Company's long-term strategy to increase value creation through business expansion and business development. The nature of the relationship between the parties entering into the contract does not have affiliate relations.
