A. Whereas, the Parties have made and entered into Management Fee Agreement dated July 1 2024 (“Agreement”) For management assistance provided by the Second Party. Whereas the term of the Agreement is valid for a period of one (1) year, commencing from July 18, 2024 until July 1, 2025, the Parties hereby agree to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional twelve (12) months. Whereas pursuant to Article 6 of the Agreement, it is stipulated that the term of the Agreement may be extended based on the written agreement of the Parties. NOW THEREFORE, based on the foregoing statements of the Parties, the First Party and the Second Party hereby agree to the following amendments : ARTICLE I The Parties have agreed to amend the Article 6 of Agreement, therefore entirely provision shall bereadas follow : “ARTICLE 6 DURATION OF AGREEMENT 6.1. This agreement is valid for 1 (one) year commencing on July 15', 2025, and shall remain in effect until July 154, 2026. The duration of Agreement may be extended based on written agreement of the Parties.” 6.2. A. Bahwa Para Pihak telah membuat dan menandatangani Perjanjian Manajemen Fee tertanggal 1 Juli 2024 (“Perjanjian”) untuk bantuan manajerial yang diberikan oleh Pihak Kedua. . Bahwa jangka waktu Perjanjian berlaku selama 1 tahun yaitu tanggal 1 Juli 2024 hingga tanggal O1 Juli 2025, oleh karena itu Para Pihak sepakat untuk memperpanjang jangka waktu Perjanjian tersebut untuk 12 bulan ke depan. . Bahwa berdasarkan pasal 6 Perjanjian, disebutkan bahwa jangka waktu perjanjian dapat diperpanjang berdasarkan kesepakatan tertulis dari Para Pihak. DENGAN DEMIKIAN, berdasarkan keterangan Para Pihak tersebut di atas, Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua dengan ini menyetujui perubahan sebagai berikut : PASAL I Para Pihak telah sepakat untuk mengubah ketentuan Pasal 6 dari Perjanjian, sehingga seluruh ketentuan tersebut selanjutnya berbunyi sebagai berikut : “PASAL 6 JANGKA WAKTU PERJANJIAN 6.1. Perjanjian ini berlaku selama 1 (satu) tahun terhitung sejak tanggal 1 Juli 2025 dan berakhir sampai dengan tanggal 1 Juli 2026. 6.2.
