Elnusa Leader Sharing & Action 2025: Supporting Human Capital
Development in the Energy Sector through Collaboration with STT Migas
Batakan, July 14, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina's Subholding
Upstream, continues to support human capital development in the energy sector through the "Elnusa Leader Sharing & Action
2025" program in collaboration with undergraduate students from the Petroleum Engineering Program of STT Migas. This
activity is a tangible form of support for the implementation of the students’ Field Work Study (Kuliah Kerja Lapangan/KKL).
Held at the Elnusa Warehouse in Batakan, the program aims to strengthen synergy between the industrial and academic
sectors, particularly by providing students with practical insights into operational dynamics and technological advancements
in the oil and gas industry. The event was attended by 26 enthusiastic students and one supervising lecturer from 9:00 AM
to 4:00 PM Central Indonesia Time (WITA).
The activity was divided into two main sessions: a classroom session delivered by Elnusa’s HWU Drilling Desc Engineer, and a
field session led directly by Elnusa’s Rig Supervisor. Through these sessions, students gained technical knowledge related to
drilling operations and had the opportunity to observe firsthand the application of field technology and standard procedures.
Through this initiative, Elnusa not only provided educational experiences both theoretically and practically, but also
strengthened its role as a national energy company actively involved in shaping competent and professional future energy
leaders.
Jayanty Oktavia Maulina, Elnusa’s Corporate Communication Manager, stated, “We believe that continuous collaboration
with educational institutions such as STT Migas is a long-term investment to foster top talents in the energy sector. This
program enables students to learn directly from industry practitioners and gain exposure to operational standards applied in
the professional world.”
