     Vendor Annual Meeting 2025: Elnusa Strengthens Synergy and
               Sustainable Supply Chain Governance
Jakarta, July 14, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina’s
Upstream Subholding, once again held its annual Vendor Annual Meeting 2025 under the theme “Growing Stronger Together
with Sustainable Partnerships.” The event took place at Udaya Room, Graha Elnusa, and was attended by Elnusa’s board of
directors, subsidiary leaders, and strategic partners from across Indonesia.

Vendor Annual Meeting 2025 reaffirms Elnusa’s ongoing commitment to strengthening synergy with its business partners to
build an excellent and competitive supply chain ecosystem. In her remarks, Hera Handayani, Elnusa’s Director of Human
Capital & General Affairs, emphasized the importance of mutually beneficial collaboration in supporting the company's
operational continuity. “As an integrated energy services company, Elnusa recognizes the crucial role of business partners in
delivering goods and services of the right quality, at the right time, and in line with the safety and sustainability standards we
uphold,” Hera stated.

The forum served as a two-way communication platform between Elnusa and its vendors. During the session, the company
presented updates on procurement policies and governance, including enhancements in payment management systems,
increased fraud awareness, and the reinforcement of BUMN AKHLAK core values as the ethical foundation of all professional
conduct.

In addition to internal presentations, the Vendor Presentation Forum offered an opportunity for vendors to showcase their
latest technologies, innovative work methods, and potential collaborative initiatives that could support Elnusa’s capabilities
in navigating the increasingly dynamic energy services industry.

This initiative is a clear reflection of the implementation of Elnusa’s AKHLAK values, particularly the value of Collaboration,
which drives synergistic relationships between the company and its partners within a mutually empowering ecosystem.
