Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Fourth Interest of Shelf Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase VI Year 2024 Series A. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga keempat Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap VI Tahun 2024 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,254 (tujuh koma dua lima persen) per tahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 7 Agustus 2025. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the payment of the principal and fourth interest of Shelf Bonds IV Merdeka Copper Gold Phase VI Year 2024 Series A which will be matured on 7 August 2025 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.25 (seven point two five per cent) per year. The aforesaid fund will be paid to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) before 7 August 2025.
