Sudirman Kav.52-53 Jakarta 12190, Indonesia Up/Attn Perihal/Re : Jakarta, 14 Juli 2025 Direktur Penilaian Perusahaan/Director of Listing Laporan Kesiapan Dana Pembayaran Obligasi I BRI Finance Tahun 2022 / Report on the Readiness of BRI Finance Bond Payment Fund I in 2022 Dengan Hormat/Yours Faithfully, Sehubungan dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 Perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, — dengan ini kami — sampaikan pemberitahuan sebagai berikut: 1. BRI Finance telah mencadangkan dana untuk pembayaran pokok dan bunga Obligasi I BRI Finance Tahun 2022 yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 9 Agustus 2025 sebesar Rp 700.000.000.000 (tujuh ratus miliar rupiah). Saat ini dana tersebut telah tersedia pada rekening kas dan setara kas Perusahaan. Dana pelunasan pokok — termasuk pembayaran bunga atas Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) secara tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting lainnya yang akan dilakukan perusahaan terkait kesiapan perusahaan pembayaran Obligasi I BRI Finance Tahun 2022. v.brifinan: Based on Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Number Kep00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 regarding wAmendments to Regulation Number I-E, we hereby provide the following notification: PT BRI Multifinance Indonesia has currently prepared funds to pay the principal and interest of BRI Finance Bond | Year 2022 amounting to Rp 700.000.000.000 (seven hundred billion rupiah) which due on August, 9 2025. Currently, the funds are available in the Company's cash and cash eguivalents. The Jund for the payment of the Bonds principal settlement including its interest payment will be deposited into Indonesia Central (KSEI) account promptly according to the specified schedule. There are no decisions or other important matters that will be made by the Company regarding the Company's readiness for the Payment of BRI Finance Bond I Year 2022.
