Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan ketentuan POJK NOMOR 26 /POJK.04/2017
tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Emiten atau Perusahaan
Publik yang dimohonkan Pernyataan Pailit dan Pasal 52 POJK
45/2024 juncto POJK 31/2015.
Dalam rangka memenuhi kewajiban dalam peraturan di atas,
dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 10 Juli 2025
PT Creative Mobile Adventure telah mengajukan Surat
Permohonan Pencabutan Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban
Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) Dalam Perkara No 181/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst Pengadilan Niaga Pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat terhadap Perseroan.
Sebelumnya pada tanggal 4 Juli 2025, Perseroan telah
didaftarkan dalam Perkara Penundaan Kewajiban
Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) Dalam Perkara No 181/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst di Pengadilan Niaga pada
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat oleh PT Creative Mobile
Adventure.
Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, kami informasikan bahwa
Perseroan hanya berhubungan bisnis dengan PT Creative
Mobile Adventure, tidak ada hubungan afiliasi baik institusi
Perseroan maupun personal manajemen.
Perseroan mendapatkan fasilitas invoice financing untuk
pembiayaan modal kerja Perseroan yang diberikan oleh PT
Creative Mobile Adventure. Fasilitas tersebut merupakan
sebagian kecil dari fasilitas modal kerja Perseroan, dimana
fasilitas tersebut sebagai modal kerja jangka pendek (by
project) sesuai dengan project moment dalam kurun waktu
yang singkat (maksimal 2 bulan).
Perseroan dalam memenuhi kewajiban atas fasilitas dari PT
Creative Mobile Adventure yang jatuh tempo pada bulan Maret
2025 telah terjadi penundaan pembayaran. Kondisi tersebut
disebabkan oleh adanya penundaan pembayaran dari
sejumlah pelanggan.
Perlu diketahui bahwa Perseroan menjalankan prinsip kehati-
hatian (prudential principle) dengan cara membagi arus kas
Perseroan sesuai dengan perencanaan (setiap pembiayaan
sudah direncanakan berdasarkan pekerjaan dan sumber
pendapatannya).
Adapun jumlah fasilitas yang Perseroan terima dari PT
Creative Mobile Adventure yaitu sebesar Rp2.000.000.000,-
(dua miliar rupiah) dengan tenor 2 bulan dan
bunga 4% per 60 hari dan jatuh tempo pada bulan Maret 2025.
Fasilitas tersebut tidak bersifat material bagi Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Hingga keterbukaan informasi ini disampaikan tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan persidangan yang berlangsung dan tidak terdapat dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, khusus atas penyampaian keterbukaan informasi ini.

Facts concerning Information Disclosure for Issuers or Public
Companies Filing for Bankruptcy, and Article 52 of POJK
45/2024 in conjunction with POJK 31/2015,
In order to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the above
regulations, we hereby inform you that on July 10, 2025, PT
Creative Mobile Adventure filed a Letter of Application for
Revocation of the Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations
(PKPU) in Case No. 181/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst at the Central Jakarta District
Court.
Previously on July 4, 2025, the Company was registered in the
Debt Payment Suspension Case (PKPU) in Case No.
181/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst at the Commercial
Court at the Central Jakarta District Court by PT Creative
Mobile Adventure.
In connection with this matter, we inform you that the
Company only has a business relationship with PT Creative
Mobile Adventure, there is no affiliation between the
Company's institution or management personnel.
The Company has received invoice financing from PT Creative
Mobile Adventure for its working capital. This facility represents
a small portion of the Company's working capital facility, which
is intended for short-term working capital (by project) based on
project needs for a short period of time (maximum 2 months).
The Company has delayed payment in fulfilling its obligation
under the facility from PT Creative Mobile Adventure, which
matures in March 2025. This situation is due to delayed
payments from a number of customers.
It should be noted that the Company adheres to the prudential
principle by allocating its cash flow according to planning (each
financing is planned based on the work and source of income).
The facility received by the Company from PT Creative Mobile
Adventure is IDR 2,000,000,000 (two billion rupiah) with a two-
month term and 4% interest per 60 days, maturing in March
2025. This facility is not material to the Company.
Impact of event, material information or As of the date of this disclosure, no court proceedings have
facts towards Issuers or Public been held, and there are no specific impacts from the
Company’s operational activities, legal, disclosure of this information. The Company's business and
financial condition, or going concern operational activities continue as usual.
