Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri dari Bapak
Dian Heryandi selaku Direktur Utama dan Bapak Hendy
Narindra Dewantoro selaku Direktur Perseroan pada tanggal 9
Juli 2025.
Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 17 ayat (9) Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan juncto Pasal 8 ayat (3) POJK No. 33 Tahun 2014,
terhadap permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan
diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan
yang akan dilangsungkan pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2025, dan
oleh karenanya pengunduran diri dari Bapak Dian Heryandi
selaku Direktur Utama dan Bapak Hendy Narindra Dewantoro
selaku Direktur berlaku efektif terhitung sejak tanggal telah
diterimanya permohonan pengunduran diri dalam Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham di tanggal 13 Agustus 2025
tersebut.

Disclosure of Information on the Resignation of the Board of

Description of Material Information or The Company has received the resignation letters from Mr.
Facts Dian Heryandi as the President Director and Mr. Hendy
Narindra Dewantoro as the Company Director on July 9, 2025.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph (9) of
the Company's Articles of Association in conjunction with
Article 8 paragraph (3) of OJK Regulation No. 33 of 2014, the
resignation requests will be decided at the General Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company to be held on August 13, 2025,
and therefore, the resignations of Mr. Dian Heryandi as the
President Director and Mr. Hendy Narindra Dewantoro as the
Director will take effect from the date their resignation requests
are received at the General Meeting of Shareholders on
August 13, 2025.
