     PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk Officially Listed on the
      Indonesia Stock Exchange, Poised to Become a Key
            Infrastructure Player in Southeast Asia

Jakarta, July 9th, 2025 — PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (“CDI Group” or “The
Company”) today marked a significant milestone in its journey by officially becoming a
listed company on the Development Board of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”)
under the stock code “CDIA”. Through this Initial Public Offering (IPO), the company has
successfully raised IDR 2.37 trillion by issuing 12,482,937,500 new shares at an offering
price of IDR 190 per share, a strategic step to ensure its long-term expansion.

Investor confidence in CDI Group is reflected in the oversubscription of up to 563.64
times with total participation from 400,126 investors throughout the offering period. This
strong enthusiasm was evident throughout the entire process, from the bookbuilding
period held on June 19–24, 2025, to the public offering period on July 2–7, 2025.

Fransiskus Ruly Aryawan, President Director of PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk,

With the funds raised from this IPO, CDI Group will strengthen its subsidiaries capability,
accelerate the execution of strategic projects, and deliver infrastructure services that
positively contribute to industrial growth. “We are committed to becoming a growth partner
that drives relevant infrastructure solutions to meet future industrial needs, while creating
tangible value for stakeholders and the broader community,” Ruly added.

Ruly also highlights the importance of regulatory support in the success of the IPO. “We
extend our sincere appreciation to the government of Indonesia, the Financial Services

Authority (OJK), and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for their support, guidance, and
assistance in ensuring smooth IPO process. This not only strengthens market trust but
also reflects our shared commitment to advancing the development of the infrastructure
sector in the region,” he concluded.

CDI Group has a diversified portfolio across energy the energy, water, port and storage,
as well as logistics sectors. The funds from the IPO will be utilized to strengthen the
Company’s core capabilities, particularly in the logistics, port, and storage sectors.

Approximately IDR 871.76 billion will be allocated to support expansion in the logistics
sector, through capital injections into subsidiary entities, which will subsequently be used
for vessel acquisitions and operational financing.

Meanwhile, around IDR 1.48 trillion will be dedicated to developing the port and storage
sector. This investment includes the construction of storage tank facilities, ethylene
pipeline networks, and other supporting infrastructure within strategic industrial zones.

With its official listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, CDI Group reinforces its position
as an infrastructure solutions provider, addressing the evolving needs of industry at both
the national and regional levels.
