PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. (the ”Company” or “ARCI”) owns 100% of the Toka Tindung Gold
Mine, a gold mine located approximately 35 kilometers northeast of the regional capital,
Manado, in North Sulawesi, Indonesia, through the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, PT
Meares Soputan Mining (“MSM”) and PT Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (“TTN”).
The Toka Tindung Gold Mine consists of two long-term Contract of Works (“CoWs”) covering
39,817 hectares, which cover into two administration areas in North Sulawesi, North Minahasa
and Bitung City districts (Figure 1). The CoWs are valid until 2041 and are held by MSM and
TTN. Pursuant to the Mining Law Amendment, MSM and TTN have been guaranteed two
more extensions of the CoWs in the form of Special Mining Business License/Izin Usaha
Pertambangan Khusus (“IUPK”), each for maximum period of 10 years.

Exploration activities carried out by the Company, through its subsidiaries, which are MSM
and TTN, for the period January to June 2025 were focused on exploration and drilling
activities to increase resources and reserves in Eastern Corridor Project and in Western
Corridor Project as presented in the map below (Figure 2).

Below are the details of drilling activities for the period of January to June 2025 with total of
190 holes and 40,574.7 meters were as follow:

       In the first quarter, ARCI had conducted drilling at 84 holes with a total depth of 19.833
        meters.
       In the second quarter, ARCI had conducted drilling at 106 holes with a total depth of
        20.742 meters.


Drilling activities for gold Resource Definition and Exploration, involved Diamond Drilling
(“DD”) and Reverse Circulation (“RC”) drilling methods, conducted by PT Maxidrill Indonesia.
Details number of drill programs by project and by month, are shown in Table 1.

Based on the drilling results carried out by the Company for the period January to June
2025, the following is a summary of the significant discoveries found:

   1.   Interval of 18.7m with a gold grade of 6.72 g/t at a depth of 153.7m - 172.4m
   2.   Interval of 11.1m with a gold grade of 13.66 g/t at a depth of 218.4m - 229.5m
   3.   Interval of 5.4m with a gold grade of 26.57 g/t at a depth of 232.4m - 237.8m
   4.   Interval of 28.65m with a gold grade of 4.59 g/t at a depth of 166.75m - 195.4m
   5.   Interval of 19m with a gold grade of 9.15 g/t at a depth of 174m - 193m
