Lapangan Banteng Timur 2-4, Jakarta Pusat Perihal / Subject Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas VI per 30 Juni 2025 / Report on the Realization of Proceeds from the Rights Issue VI as of June 30, 2025 Dengan hormat, Sehubungan dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”) Nomor 30/POJK.04/2015 perihal Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum, bersama Realisasi ini kami sampaikan Laporan Penggunaan — Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas VI (“PUT VI”) PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (“Perseroan”) posisi 30 Juni 2025, sebagai berikut: 1) 2) Pada tanggal 18 November 2021, Perseroan melalui aksi korporasi PUT VI telah menghimpun dana sebesar Rp7.042.857.796.800 (tujuh triliun empat puluh dua miliar delapan ratus lima puluh tujuh juta tujuh ratus sembilan puluh enam ribu delapan ratus Rupiah) sebelum dikurangi biaya emisi atas PUT VI sebesar Rp4.252.382.010 (empat miliar dua ratus lima puluh dua juta tiga ratus delapan puluh dua ribu sepuluh Rupiah), sehingga hasil bersih dana yang telah dihimpun Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp7.038.605.414.790 (tujuh triliun tiga puluh delapan miliar enam ratus lima juta empat ratus empat belas ribu tujuh ratus sembilan puluh Rupiah). Sesuai dengan Prospektus yang sudah dipublikasikan oleh Perseroan, dana hasil bersih PUT VI yang telah dihimpun tersebut digunakan Perseroan sebanyak 84 untuk ekspansi kredit baru berkualitas baik yang difokuskan pada segmen ritel, bisnis UKM, Komersil, dan Indonesia- Honourably, In compliance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK") Number 30/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Report on the Realization of Proceeds from Public Offerings, we hereby submit the Report on the Realization of Proceeds from the Rights Issue VI (“PUT VP) of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (the “Company/) as of June 30, 2025, as follows: 1 2) On November 18, 2021, through the PUT VI corporate action, the Company raised funds amounting to IDR 7,042,857,796,800 (seven trillion forty- two billion eight hundred fifty-seven million seven hundred ninety-six thousand eight hundred Rupiah) before deducting issuance costs for the PUT VI of IDR 4,252,382,010 (four bilion two hundred fifty-two million three hundred eighty-two thousand ten Rupiah). Aceordingly, the net proceeds raised by the Company amounted to IDR 7,038,605,414,790 (seven trillion thirty-eight billion six hundred five million four hundred fourteen thousand seven hundred ninety Rupiah). In accordance with the Prospectus published by the Company, the net proceeds from the PUT VI have been allocated as follows: 8496 to finance the expansion of guality new loans, focusing on the retail, SME, commercial, and Indonesia-Korea Business Link segments: and 1696 to 1

Korea Business Link, serta sebanyak 1676 digunakan untuk investasi dalam kaitan pengembangan di bidang teknologi informasi (IT). Sampai dengan periode 30 Juni 2025, Perseroan telah menggunakan dana hasil bersih PUT VI tersebut untuk ekspansi kredit baru berkualitas baik sebesar Rp5.912.428.548.424,- (lima triliun sembilan ratus dua belas miliar empat ratus dua puluh delapan juta lima ratus empat puluh delapan ribu empat ratus dua puluh empat Rupiah) dan sebesar Rp1.126.176.866.366,- (satu triliun seratus dua puluh enam miliar seratus tujuh puluh enam juta delapan ratus enam puluh enam ribu tiga ratus enam puluh enam Rupiah) yang digunakan untuk investasi dalam kaitan pengembangan di bidang IT. Dengan demikian, Perseroan telah menggunakan seluruh dana hasil bersih PUT VI sebesar Rp7.038.605.414.790 (tujuh triliun tiga puluh delapan miliar enam ratus lima juta empat ratus empat belas ribu tujuh ratus sembilan puluh Rupiah). Demikian laporan ini kami sampaikan, terima kasih atas perhatian yang diberikan. Accordingly, the Company has fully utilized the total net proceeds from the PUT VI amounting to IDR 7,038,605,414,790 (seven trillion thirty-eight billion six hundred five million four hundred fourteen thousand seven hundred ninety Rupiah).
