Pada hari ini, 10 Juli 2025, Dewan Komisaris PT Allo Bank
Indonesia Tbk. (“Allo Bank”) telah menerima surat
pengunduran diri Indra Utoyo sebagai Direktur Utama Allo
Bank, agar dapat berkonsentrasi dalam menyelesaikan
masalah hukum yang sedang dihadapi sehubungan dengan
penetapan status tersangka oleh KPK untuk kasus saat beliau
menjabat di bank sebelumnya.
Oleh karena itu, Dewan Komisaris menunjuk Ari Yanuanto
Asah sebagai Plt. Direktur Utama efektif sejak 10 Juli 2025
sampai dengan RUPS berikutnya.
Sehubungan dengan operasional Allo Bank, Ari Yanuanto
Asah menegaskan bahwa pelayanan nasabah dan kegiatan
operasional Bank tetap berjalan normal sebagaimana
mestinya.
/ Today, July 10, 2025, the Board of Commissioners of PT
Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk. ("Allo Bank”) has accepted the
resignation letter from Indra Utoyo as President Director of
Allo Bank, so he can concentrate on resolving the legal
issues he is currently facing regarding his status as a
suspect by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for
a@ case during his tenure at his previous bank.
Therefore, the Board of Commissioners has appointed Ari
Yanuanto Asah as Acting President Director, effective July
10, 2025, until the next GMS.
Regarding Allo Bank's operations, Ari Yanuanto Asah
emphasized that customer service and the Bank's
operational activities continue to operate as normal.
