mengkonfirmasi bahwa Perseroan telah
menerima informasi mengenai status
hukum Bapak Dahlan Iskan. Perseroan
akan terus memantau perkembangan
kasus hukum Bapak Dahlan Iskan dan
siap untuk mengambil langkah-langkah
yang diperlukan sesuai dengan
ketentuan hukum dan peraturan
perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Kami juga memahami bahwa Bapak
Dahlan Iskan berkomitmen untuk
bersikap kooperatif dan menaati
seluruh proses hukum yang berjalan.
Perseroan senantiasa melakukan upaya
mitigasi risiko untuk setiap potensi
dampak dari pemberitaan dan kejadian
yang dapat mempengaruhi Perseroan.
Kami akan terus mengedepankan
prinsip transparansi dan keterbukaan
informasi kepada publik dan pemangku
kepentingan. Perseroan berkomitmen
penuh untuk senantiasa menerapkan
prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan
yang baik (Good Corporate
Governance). Hal ini termasuk dalam
menjaga integritas dan profesionalisme
seluruh jajaran manajemen dan dewan
komisaris. Hingga saat ini, tidak
terdapat informasi atau fakta material
lain yang secara langsung berkaitan
dengan pemberitaan penetapan Bapak
Dahlan Iskan sebagai tersangka dugaan
penggelapan dan pencucian uang yang

dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan
hidup perusahaan serta harga saham
perusahaan.

money laundering. In this regard, we
confirm that the Company has received
information regarding Mr. Dahlan
Iskan's legal status. The Company will
continue to monitor the development of
Mr. Dahlan Iskan's legal case and is
ready to take the necessary steps in
accordance with applicable laws and
regulations. We also understand that
Mr. Dahlan Iskan is committed to being
cooperative and complying with all
ongoing legal processes. The Company
consistently undertakes risk mitigation
efforts for any potential impacts from
news and events that may affect the
Company. We will continue to prioritize
the principles of transparency and
openness of information to the public
and stakeholders. The Company is fully
committed to consistently
implementing the principles of good
corporate governance. This includes
maintaining the integrity and
professionalism of all levels of
management and the board of
commissioners. To date, there is no
other material information or facts
directly related to the news of Mr.
Dahlan Iskan's naming as a suspect in
alleged embezzlement and money
laundering that could affect the
company's survival or share price.
4 Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material Bapak Dahlan Iskan saat ini menjabat
tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, sebagai Komisaris Independen
hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan Perseroan. Berdasarkan informasi dan
usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik kajian internal Perseroan, kasus hukum
yang dihadapi oleh Bapak Dahlan Iskan
Impact for such Information or Material Fact adalah bersifat pribadi dan tidak
towards operational activity, legal, financial memiliki korelasi langsung dengan
condition or business contunuity of Issuer or kegiatan operasional, keuangan,
Public Company maupun tata kelola Perseroan.

Seluruh kegiatan operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan normal dan tidak ada dampak signifikan pada aspek legal Perseroan. Perseroan selalu mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha. Penetapan status hukum Bapak Dahlan Iskan tidak berdampak negatif terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan. Perseroan memiliki fundamental keuangan yang solid dan tetap berkomitmen untuk menjaga kinerja keuangan yang positif. Mr. Dahlan Iskan currently serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company. Based on the Company's internal information and review, the legal case faced by Mr. Dahlan Iskan is of a personal nature and has no direct correlation with the Company's operational, financial, or governance activities. The Company respects the ongoing legal process. The legal case against Mr. Dahlan Iskan as an individual does not affect the Company's operational conditions. All of the Company's operational activities continue to run normally and there is no significant impact on the Company's legal aspects. The Company always complies with applicable laws and regulations in carrying out its business activities. The determination of Mr. Dahlan Iskan's legal status does not have a negative impact on the Company's financial condition. The Company has solid financial fundamentals and remains committed to maintaining positive financial performance.
