                                               2. PT Energindo Nusantara increases the Company's
                                               authorized capital from Rp. 2,000,000,000 (two billion rupiah)
                                               to Rp. 42,000,000,000 (forty-two billion rupiah).
                                               3. PT Energindo Nusantara increased its paid-up/placed
                                               capital from 500 shares with a nominal value of
                                               Rp.500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiah) to 10,500 shares
                                               with a nominal value of Rp.10,500,000,000 (ten billion five
                                               hundred million rupiah) by issuing 10,000 new shares with a
                                               nominal value of Rp.10,000,000,000 (ten billion rupiah) which
                                               have been taken and fully paid by PT Charnic Capital Tbk.
                                               Therefore, after this additional paid-in capital, the shareholding
                                               structure of PT Energindo Nusantara is as follows:
