tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten dan Perusahaan Publik, dan (iii) Surat Keputusan
Direksi BEI No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Peraturan Nomor I-E
tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, bersama ini kami sampaikan informasi material sebagai

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Berdasarkan penelusuran Perseroan melalui Sistem
Material / Description of Material Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) Pengadilan Negeri
Information or Facts Jakarta Pusat, diketahui bahwa PT Harmas Jalesveva
(“Harmas”) telah mengajukan permohonan PKPU
terhadap Perseroan pada tanggal 3 Juli 2025 dengan nomor
perkara 180/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst
(“Permohonan PKPU”).
Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan belum
menerima panggilan resmi (relaas) dari Pengadilan Niaga
pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat maupun bentuk
komunikasi lainnya terkait permohonan tersebut. Dengan
demikian, Perseroan belum memperoleh informasi lebih
lanjut mengenai dasar dan isi Permohonan PKPU tersebut.
Sebagai tambahan, sebelumnya Harmas pernah
mengajukan permohonan PKPU terhadap Perseroan
dengan nomor perkara 2/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga
Jkt.Pst. Permohonan tersebut telah diputus oleh Majelis
Hakim Pengadilan Niaga dengan amar putusan menolak
permohonan dimaksud. Keterbukaan informasi atas
putusan tersebut telah disampaikan Perseroan melalui
Surat No. 807/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 tertanggal
14 Maret 2025.
Perseroan akan terus memantau perkembangan lebih lanjut
terkait proses hukum ini, dan akan menyampaikan
informasi terbaru apabila terdapat perkembangan yang
bersifat material sesuai ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku./
Based on the Company’s search through the Case Tracking
Information System (Sistem Informasi Penelusuran
Perkara/SIPP) of the Central Jakarta District Court, it has
come to the Company’s attention that PT Harmas
Jalesveva (“Harmas”) has submitted a petition for
Suspension of PKPU against the Company on 3 July 2025,
registered under case number 180/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst (the “PKPU Petition”).
As of the date of this letter, the Company has not received
any official court summons from the Commercial Court at
the Central Jakarta District Court, nor any other form of
communication concerning the said PKPU Petition.
Accordingly, the Company has not obtained further
information regarding the grounds and substance of the
PKPU Petition.
As additional information, Harmas had previously filed a
similar PKPU petition against the Company under case
number 2/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2025/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. The
petition was adjudicated and rejected by the Panel of
Judges at the Commercial Court. The Company disclosed

the relevant court decision through its letter No.
807/BL/CORSEC/SURAT/VII/2025 dated 14 March 2025.
The Company will continue to monitor the development of
the legal proceedings and will disclose any material
developments in accordance with the prevailing laws and
regulations.
4. Dampak kejadian, informasi, atau Permohonan PKPU ini tidak mempengaruhi operasional
fakta material tersebut terhadap Perseroan. Perseroan tetap menjalankan kegiatan bisnis
kegiatan operasional, hukum, seperti biasa, memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada
kondisi keuangan, atau pelanggan, mitra usaha, dan pemangku kepentingan
kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau lainnya. Terkait dengan kondisi keuangan perusahaan,
Perusahaan Publik / Impact of Perseroan menegaskan bahwa Perseroan memiliki kondisi
such material information or fact keuangan yang sehat, dan kemampuan untuk memenuhi
to the Company’s operational, kewajiban finansialnya. Klaim dalam Permohonan PKPU
law, financial condition, or ini tidak mencerminkan kondisi keuangan Perseroan secara
business keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, tidak ada dampak material
yang dirasakan secara langsung terhadap kinerja
operasional dan keuangan Perseroan atas kasus hukum
tersebut. Perseroan juga berkomitmen untuk senantiasa
menjaga stabilitas operasional dan kepatuhan hukum
dengan memperkuat kebijakan internal serta melaksanakan
evaluasi berkala terhadap proses operasional untuk
mencegah potensi masalah hukum dan memastikan
keberlanjutan operasional perusahaan. /
This PKPU Petition does not affect the Company
operations. The Company continues to conduct its business
as usual, providing the best service to customers, business
partners, and other stakeholders. Regarding the Company
financial condition, the Company affirms that it maintains
a healthy financial position and has the ability to meet its
financial obligations. The claims made in the PKPU
Petition filed by Harmas do not reflect the Company
overall financial situation. As such, there has been no
material direct impact on the Company operations or
finances as a result of this legal case. The Company is also
committed to maintaining operational stability and legal
compliance by strengthening internal policies and
conducting regular evaluations of operational processes to
prevent potential legal issues and ensure the continuity of
the Company operations.
