Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bahwa telah dilakukan
perubahan data Beneficial Owner Perseroan yang telah
dilaporkan kepada Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia, sebagaimana merupakan bagian
dari kewajiban pelaporan informasi Pemilik Manfaat sesuai
dengan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2019 tentang
Tata Cara Pelaporan Pemilik Manfaat dari Korporasi.
Selanjutnya, sesuai dengan kewajiban penyampaian bukti
pelaporan tersebut kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
sebagaimana diatur dalam Surat Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
tanggal 6 Januari 2023 Nomor S-84/PM.22/2023 perihal
Kewajiban Pelaporan dan Pengkinian Data Beneficial Owner
kepada Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI dalam
rangka pemenuhan Strategi Nasional Pencegahan Korupsi
dan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap penguatan
implementasi program Anti Pencucian Uang dan Pencegahan
Pendanaan Terorisme (APU-PPT) di sektor jasa keuangan,
maka Perseroan dengan ini menyampaikan bukti pelaporan
dimaksud kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal Keterbukaan Informasi ini, pengkinian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan data Beneficial Owner dimaksud tidak berdampak terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan secara umum.
Perusahaan Publik Perubahan ini merupakan bagian dari restrukturisasi internal di
dalam lingkup kelompok Pemegang Saham Pengendali, yang
dilakukan tanpa mengganggu tata kelola, manajemen,
maupun arah strategis Perseroan.

Submission of Beneficial Owner Data Update Report PT WIR
Type of Material Information or Facts ASIA Tbk (the Company)
Description of Material Information or The Company hereby reports the update of its Beneficial
Facts Ownership data, which has been submitted to the Ministry of
Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as part of
the reporting obligations as regulated under the Minister of
Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 15 of 2019
concerning the Procedures for Reporting the Beneficial
Owners of Corporations.
Furthermore, in accordance with the requirement to submit
evidence of such reporting to the Financial Services Authority
as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Letter dated
January 6, 2023, Number S-84/PM.22/2023 regarding the
Obligation to Report and Update Beneficial Ownership Data to
the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of
Indonesia as part of the National Strategy for Corruption
Prevention and as an effort to support the enhancement of the
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing
programs within the financial services sector, the Company
hereby submits the evidence of reporting to the Financial
Services Authority.
Impact of event, material information or As of the date of this Disclosure of Information, the update of
facts towards Issuers or Public its Beneficial Ownership data has no impact on the Companys
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or
financial condition, or going concern business continuity. The change is part of an internal corporate
restructuring within the group of controlling shareholders and
was carried out without disrupting the Companys governance,
management, or strategic direction.
