Facts dimiliki oleh Perseroan, telah menandatangani Distribution
Contract oleh dan antara China FAW Group Import & Export
Co., Ltd., dengan IMGSL. Dalam dokumen tersebut, disepakati
bahwa IMGSL akan mengelola distribusi kendaraan bermotor
merek Honggi beserta pelayanan purna jual termasuk suku
cadangnya, di wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia/
One of the Company's subsidiaries, namely PT IMG Sejahtera
Langgeng (“IMGSL”), of which 99,995 of its shares are effectively
owned by the Company, has executed Import and Distribution
Contract by and between China FAW Group Import & Export Co.,

Ltd., and IMGSL. In such document, it is agreed that IMGSL will manage the distribution of Honggi brand motor vehicles along with its after-sales services including spare parts, within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. 4.
