Kami mengacu pada pengumuman PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA TBK (MAPA) pada tanggal 2 Juli 2025 dan
pengumuman kami tertanggal 3 Juli 2025 sehubungan dengan Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Bagian 3.8 Prospektus tertanggal 11 April
2025 dan Term Sheet MAPAZPCH6A, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk MAPAZPCH6A sehubungan dengan Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya akan
berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
MAPAZPCH6A
We refer to the announcement of PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA TBK (MAPA) dated 2 July 2025 and our
announcement dated 3 July 2025 in relation to the Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions stated in Section 3.8 of the Prospectus dated 11 April 2025
and the Term Sheet of MAPAZPCH6A, we hereby inform you that no adjustment will be made to
MAPAZPCH6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein
shall prevail.
