Indonesia Tbk selaku Pemegang Saham Pengendali dari Perseroan.

Bahwa Yoshihiro Hyakutome ditunjuk untuk kepentingan dan mewakili SMFG
sebagai pemilik manfaat akhir Perseroan yang sebenarnya /

The Ultimate Beneficial Owner of the Company is Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group
(“SMFG”) through 10046 shares ownership of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
Corporation ("SMBC”), where SMBC owns 91.0596 shares of PT Bank SMBC
Indonesia Tbk as the Controlling Shareholder of the Company

Yoshihiro Hyakutome was appointed for the interest of and representing SMFG as
the actual ultimate beneficial owner of the Company.
