Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material JAKARTA. Pada 30 Juni 2025, PT Champ Resto Indonesia
Tbk (ENAK atau CRI Group) telah sukses menyelenggarakan
RUPST di Conference Hall World Trade Centre 3, Jl. Jend.
Sudirman Kav. 29-31, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan. Para
Pemegang Saham telah menyetujui dan mengesahkan
Laporan Keuangan yang telah diaudit dengan opini Wajar
tanpa Modifikasi untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada 31
Desember 2024. Dalam RUPST juga disetujui penggunaan
Laba Bersih Perseroan dibukukan sepenuhnya sebagai laba
ditahan untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan guna
mendukung pengembangan bisnis CRI Group, termasuk
pengembangan platform digital CRI Group ke depannya.
CRI GROUP MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN MELALUI
PLATFORM DIGITAL CRI SUPER APP
Sebagai langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan pelayanan,
pada tanggal 19 Juni 2025, CRI Group secara resmi
meluncurkan CRI Super App, sebuah aplikasi terintegrasi yang
memungkinkan pelanggan untuk mengakses layanan restoran
CRI Group melalui platform digital dan memberikan
pengalaman bersantap yang lebih praktis bagi pelanggan
setianya. Aplikasi ini menjadi bagian penting dalam strategi
transformasi digital CRI Group yang memberikan pilihan one-
stop solution kepada konsumen untuk melakukan pemesanan
di seluruh jaringan restoran CRI Group. Saat ini, CRI Super
App memiliki lebih dari 250 ribu active user dan terus
berkembang.
PERTUMBUHAN PENDAPATAN YANG KONSISTEN
MENJADI KEY INDICATOR
Sepanjang 2024, CRI Group menunjukan pertumbuhan
Pendapatan yang konsisten untuk setiap tahunnya. Dari Rp
1.265,2 miliar pada 2022 menjadi Rp 1.425,9 miliar pada
2023, dan terus meningkat menjadi Rp 1.540,6 miliar pada
2024 atau sekitar 8,0% YoY. Peningkatan ini juga berdampak
pada peningkatan Laba Kotor Perseroan dari Rp 751,3 miliar
pada 2022 menjadi Rp 885,5 miliar pada 2023 dan Rp 993,7
miliar pada 2024 atau meningkat sekitar 12,2% YoY. CRI
Group masih dapat membukukan Laba Bersih positif untuk
tahun buku 2024. Pertumbuhan ini menunjukan bahwa
strategi yang diambil oleh manajemen membuahkan hasil
yang positif di tengah tren industri F&B yang penuh
tantangan.
BRAND RAA CHA DAN GOKANA MASIH MENJADI TOP
CONTRIBUTOR PENDAPATAN CRI GROUP
Dari sisi kinerja operasional per segmen, Raa Cha dan
Gokana masih menjadi top contributor pendapatan CRI Group
di tahun 2024 dengan nilai masing masing sebesar Rp. 539,1
miliar dan Rp. 462,3 miliar. Namun apabila dilihat dari sisi
pertumbuhan, Monsieur Spoon, CROCO by Monsieur Spoon,
dan Dewata by Monsieur Spoon berhasil mencetak
pertumbuhan pendapatan sebesar 29,8% YoY. Secara
geografis, pertumbuhan pendapatan yang signifikan terlihat di
wilayah pulau Jawa (selain Jabodetabek)
dengan pertumbuhan 70,3% YoY. Tren ini juga terjadi di
wilayah luar pulau Jawa dengan pertumbuhan 12,1% YoY.
Saat ini, CRI Group memiliki lebih dari 330 outlet aktif dengan
rata rata kunjungan di 17,1 juta pelanggan per tahun. Melalui
ekspansi jumlah outlet yang didukung dengan CRI Super App,
CRI Group membidik pertumbuhan kinerja di level high single
digit pada 2025.

Description of Material Information or JAKARTA. On June 30, 2025, PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk
Facts (ENAK or the CRI Group) successfully held its Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) at the Conference Hall of
World Trade Centre 3, Jl. Jend. Sudirman Kav. 29-31,
Setiabudi, South Jakarta. The Shareholders approved and
ratified the audited Financial Statements, which received an
Unqualified Opinion for the fiscal year ending December 31,
2024. The AGMS also approved the allocation of the
Companys Net Profit to be fully retained as retained earnings
to strengthen the capital structure in support of the CRI Groups
business development, including the future development of
CRI Groups digital platform.
CRI GROUP ENHANCES SERVICE THROUGH CRI SUPER
APP DIGITAL PLATFORM
As a strategic step to enhance service, on June 19, 2025, CRI
Group officially launched the CRI Super App, an integrated
application that enables customers to access CRI Groups
restaurant services through a digital platform, offering a more
convenient dining experience for its loyal customers. This app
is a key part of CRI Groups digital transformation strategy,
providing a one-stop solution for consumers to place orders
across the entire CRI Group restaurant network. Currently, the
CRI Super App has over 250,000 active users and continues
to grow.
CONSISTENT REVENUE GROWTH AS A KEY INDICATOR
Throughout 2024, CRI Group demonstrated consistent annual
revenue growth. Revenue increased from IDR
1,265.2 billion in 2022 to IDR 1,425.9 billion in 2023, and
further rose to IDR 1,540.6 billion in 2024 an approximate
8.0% year-over-year (YoY) increase. This growth also
positively impacted the Companys Gross Profit, which rose
from IDR 751.3 billion in 2022 to IDR 885.5 billion in 2023, and
then to IDR 993.7 billion in 2024 reflecting a 12.2% YoY
increase. CRI Group was still able to record a positive Net
Profit for the 2024 fiscal year. This growth indicates that the
strategies implemented by management have yielded positive
results, despite the challenging trends in the F&B industry.
RAA CHA AND GOKANA BRANDS REMAIN TOP REVENUE
CONTRIBUTORS FOR CRI GROUP
In terms of operational performance by segment, Raa Cha and
Gokana remained the top revenue contributors for CRI Group
in 2024, generating IDR 539.1 billion and IDR 462.3 billion,
respectively. However, in terms of growth, Monsieur Spoon,
CROCO by Monsieur Spoon, and Dewata by Monsieur Spoon
achieved impressive revenue growth of 29.8% YoY.
Geographically, significant revenue growth was recorded in
areas across Java Island (excluding Jabodetabek), with a
70.3% YoY increase. A similar trend was also observed in
regions outside Java, which experienced 12.1% YoY growth.
Currently, CRI Group operates over 330 active outlets with an
average of 17.1 million customer visits per year. Through
continued outlet expansion supported by the CRI Super App,
CRI Group is targeting high single-digit performance growth in
2025.
