Transaksi ini merupakan bagian dari proses restrukturisasi internal dalam lingkup Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan, yang dilakukan melalui mekanisme crossing atau transfer saham antar entitas. The aforementioned change in share ownership occurred as a result of a share transfer transaction from PT Laut Biru Teknologi to PT WIR Global Kreatif. This transaction is part of an internal restructuring process within the scope of the Controlling Shareholders of the Company, carried out through acrossing mechanism or share transfer betweenentities.
