  Elnusa Strengthens Its Role in Enhancing National Oil and Gas Production
  Through the First Offshore CEOR Technology Implementation in Indonesia
Jakarta, July 13, 2026 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) has once again reinforced its position as a technology-driven energy services company through
the successful implementation of Chemical Enhanced Oil Recovery (CEOR) technology based on Polymer Flooding in the Enhanced Oil Recovery
(EOR) Pilot Project at the Rama Field operated by Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore Southeast Sumatra (PHE OSES). This project marks the first
offshore CEOR technology implementation in Indonesia and represents a significant technological advancement aimed at improving the
productivity of national oil and gas fields that have entered the mature field phase.

This achievement is the result of a strategic collaboration among SKK Migas, Pertamina, PHE OSES, and the Elnusa Group in delivering
technological solutions that can improve recovery factors, extend field production life, and support the national oil lifting enhancement target.
The milestone was commemorated through the Rama Field EOR Pilot Project Ceremony held on July 8, 2026, symbolizing the commencement
of the first polymer injection in an offshore field in Indonesia.

Through its subsidiary, PT Elnusa Petrofin, Elnusa plays a role as an integrated solution provider, ranging from the supply of polymer materials
and the Polymer Injection Unit (PIU) to field operation execution. This involvement demonstrates the Elnusa Group’s capability in delivering
technology-based services that not only support project success but also create opportunities for CEOR technology implementation in other oil
and gas fields across Indonesia.

During the event, the Head of SKK Migas, together with the President Director of Pertamina, also met with Elnusa Petrofin personnel assigned
at the Rama Platform as a form of appreciation for the dedication and competence of Elnusa’s workforce in carrying out this national strategic
project.

Rustam Aji, Corporate Secretary of PT Elnusa Tbk, stated that the first offshore CEOR implementation in Indonesia represents an important
milestone that highlights Elnusa’s growing technological capabilities in supporting the transformation of the upstream oil and gas industry.

“The successful implementation of offshore CEOR demonstrates that innovation and collaboration are key to addressing the challenges of
increasing national oil and gas production. For Elnusa, this project is not merely a technological achievement, but also proof that national
capabilities are able to deliver high-value solutions for the energy industry,” said Rustam.

Elnusa also expressed its appreciation for the strong synergy among SKK Migas, Pertamina, PHE OSES, and all entities within the Elnusa Group,
which have built a collaborative ecosystem to bring this innovation to life.

“Moving forward, the experience and capabilities developed through this project are expected to be replicated across various oil and gas
fields, thereby making an even greater contribution to Indonesia’s energy resilience,” Rustam added.
