Jendral Sudirman Kav. 21 South Jakarta - Indonesia Dear Directors, Regarding Woori Card obligation to refloat PT Woori Finance Indonesia TBK(”WFI”) shares as a result of the mandatory tender offer implementation pursuant to Article 21 OJK Regulation number 9/POJK.04/2018 Aeguisition of Publicly Listed Companies(”POJK 9/2018”), Woori Card is reguired to refloat WFI shares to return the share ownership proportion from 84.51Y4 to 82.03Y4 by 6 July 2025. Please be informed that Woori Card has sold its shares effective on July 4" 2025, and thus shares ownership proportion of Woori Card has changed to 82.03”4 Due to the changes of Woori Card's ownership in Woori Finance Indonesia, Woori Card must submit reports to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) according to Article 2 (2) of the Regulation No. 4 year 2024 regarding Reports on Ownership or Changes to the Ownership of Shares of Publicly Listed Companies and Reports on the Activity of Pledging Shares of a Publicly Listed Company (“POJK 4/2024”) and Article 22 of POJK 9/2018. We hereby attached the reguired reports as follows: Report date 4" July 2025, Re: Report on Ownership or Changes of Ownership of Share (s) in a Public Company Please kindly assist us to submit the reports to the OJK and IDX via the applicable channels on timely manner.
