Perihal: Kesiapan Dana untuk Pelunasan Pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan IV SMART Tahap | Tahun 2022 Seri B

Dengan hormat,

Merujuk kepada Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa PT Sinar Mas Agro
Resources and Technology Tbk (“SMART" atau “Perseroan”)
akan menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan IV SMART Tahap I Tahun 2022 Seri B yang akan
jatuh tempo pada tanggal 6 Juli 2025 (“Obligasi Jatuh
Tempo”) sebesar Rp 538.000.000.000,00 (lima ratus tiga
puluh delapan miliar Rupiah).

Sumber dana untuk pelunasan Obligasi Jatuh Tempo
direncanakan berasal dari hasil penerbitan Penawaran
Umum Berkelanjutan ("PUB") Obligasi Berkelanjutan V
Tahap | Tahun 2025 dan PUB Sukuk Ijarah | Tahap I Tahun
2025 yang sedang berlangsung. Apabila dana hasil PUB tidak
mencukupi untuk pembayaran seluruh pokok utang Obligasi
Jatuh Tempo, maka kekurangannya akan dibiayai dengan
arus kas internal Perseroan.

Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas
Obligasi Jatuh Tempo tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam
rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia secara tepat
waktu sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

Re: Fund Availability for The Principal Settlement of SMART
Shelf-Registered Bonds IV Phase I Year 2022 B Series

Dear Sir,

With reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange No. KEP-00015/BEI/01-2021 on
the Amendment to the Regulation Number I-E regarding
Obligation to Submit Information, hereby we would like to
inform that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk
(“SMART” or the “Company”) will provide the fund for the
principal settlement of SMART Shelf-Registered Bonds IV
Phase I Year 2022 B Series which will mature on 6 July 2025
(“Matured Bond”) amounting to Rp 538,000,000,000.00 (five
hundred thirty eight billion Rupiah).

The source of funds for the repayment of the Matured Bond
will be from the proceeds of the ongoing issuance of the
Public Offering ("PUB") of SMART Shelf-Registered Bonds V
Phase I Year 2025 and the PUB Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I Year
2025. If the proceeds from the PUB are insufficient to settle
the entire principal of the Matured Bond, the shortfall will be
Jfinanced by the Company's internal cash flows.

The fund for the Matured Bond's principal settlement
including its interest payment will be deposited into the
account of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia on time
pursuant to the specified schedule.
