Dengan hormat,

Sehubungan dengan Surat Bursa No. S-08161/BEI.PP3/07-2026 perihal Permintaan penjelasan atas
volatilitas transaksi efek. Bersama ini kami sampaikan tanggapan atas pertanyaan Bursa sebagai berikut:

1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan
Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik?

Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
memengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi para pemodal.

2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi harga Efek Perusahaan Tercatat dan/atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan III.2.1. Peraturan Nomor I-E Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025?

Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal.

3. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang
Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan
Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka?

Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan telah melaporkan kegiatan pemegang saham tertentu (khususnya
kepemilikan >5%).

termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Tanggapan:
Manajemen Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan aksi korporasi dalam waktu
dekat.

5. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek
Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik

Tanggapan:
Tidak ada Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi

6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut

Tanggapan:
Tidak ada rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan.

Dear Sir/Madam,

In connection with IDX Letter No. S-08161/BEI.PP3/07-2026 regarding the request for an explanation on
the trading volatility. We hereby submit the response to the Exchange queries as follows:

1. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that could affect the value of the
Company's securities or investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers
or Public Companies?

Response:
The Company's management is not aware of any material information or facts that could affect the
value of the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions.

2. Is the Company aware of any material information or facts that could affect the price of the Listed
Company's securities and/or investors' investment decisions, as stipulated in provision III.2.1. of
Regulation Number I-E, Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock
Exchange Number: Kep-00087/BEI/12- 2025?

Response:
The Company's management is not aware of any material information or facts that could affect the
price of the Company’s securities and/or investors’ investment decisions.

3. Is the Company aware of the activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2024 concerning Reports of Ownership
or Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports of Activities Pledged by Public
Company Shares?

Response:
The Company's management has reported the activities of significant shareholders (i.e. more than
5% ownership).

4. Does the Company have any plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least
within the next three months)?

Response:
The Company's management has no existing plans to undertake any corporate actions in the near
future.

5. Other material information/facts/events that may affect the price of the Company's securities and
the Company's viability that have not been disclosed to the public?

Response:
There are no other material information/facts/events that may affect the price of the Company’s
securities and the Company’s viability that have not been disclosed to the public.

6. Are there any plans by the major shareholders regarding their share ownership in the Company? In
this regard, the Corporate Secretary is requested to first consult with the major shareholders before
responding to this confirmation.

Response:
There are no existing plans by the major shareholders regarding their share ownership in the Company.
